Last August 18, the walls of BarRocks Music Lounge in Guiguinto shook as Ultimate Ube celebrated two decades of raw, no-holds-barred punk and hardcore music. The anniversary show, fittingly titled “Pawis, Luha, Dugo at T4mod sa Loob ng 20 Taon ng Ultimate Ube,” gathered longtime fans, underground scene legends, and fresh faces in one unforgettable night.

Organized by GrooveLabs Productions, the lineup was stacked with heavy hitters: Sagip Adik Foundation, Q3 Semplangs, Secret Menu, Eleftheria, Ehipto, TR!CK Project, Sumo Wrestling PH, Caintenyo, and Twirly all delivered thunderous sets that left the crowd breathless.

Despite the chaos on stage, the event pulsed with community and nostalgia. With free entrance and full support from Blast Beat Studio and BarRocks, the night served as a loud and proud reminder that Ultimate Ube’s legacy isn’t just about sound—it’s about the scene it helped build and the people it continues to inspire.
