LunarLights Keeps Dreaming With “Panaginip”

LunarLights’ newest single is “Panaginip,” Tagalog for “dream.” It came out on April 2, 2026, with two more songs on the release: “Swerte” and “Mississauga.” Press play below and hear all three.

It’s a fitting title for this band. When Excapelabs first featured LunarLights in June 2025, Joms shared his dream for the band: “Kapag nagkaroon kami ng kahit isang hit song…yung kanta na maririnig mo kahit saan, tapos madadala kami kahit saan.”

More News From the Band

The single isn’t the only update. In August 2026, LunarLights signed with Project Fort, Peter told Excapelabs.

The lineup has changed, too. The band is down one keyboardist, but Prixie Centeno has taken over the spot.

The gigs and performances keep going. To catch LunarLights at their next show, follow the band on Facebook.

Where It Started

LunarLights’ story goes back to 2012, when three college musicians, Eron, Mav, and Rocky, came together from ska, metal, and alternative backgrounds and clicked from the first jam. The name came from a stargazing session and a shared love for Angels & Airwaves. As for their sound, Joms shared: “May nagtweet dati na tama raw yung term na ‘medyo pop-punk’ para i-describe yung tugtugan namin.”

New to LunarLights? Start with “Panaginip,” then try the songs the band picked for first-time listeners in 2025: Eron chose “Restart,” Peter chose “TYT,” and Joms chose “Kay Dalas.”
